1. Shipping Policy
A. Processing Time: All orders for our supplements (including Gut Support, Collagen Beauty Blends, and Vitamin Drops) are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.
B. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery:

Standard Shipping: The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
C. Tracking Your Order: Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
D. International Shipping & Customs: Eclat Apparel LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. Refund & Return Policy
A. Return Period: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the nature of our products (health supplements), we maintain a strict hygiene policy.
B. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and with all original seals intact.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase from eclatskinlab.com.
C. Non-Returnable Items: For safety and health reasons, we cannot accept returns on any supplement bottles or refill packs that have been opened, had the safety seal broken, or show signs of tampering.
D. Return Process: To start a return, you must contact us at contact@eclatskinlab.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
E. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception (e.g., Vitamin D3 + K2 drops or Beauty Boost Gummies). Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
F. Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
